Offering return goods
The handling of returned goods by Idento Services is divided into three main groups:
- Warranty Request
- Repair Request
- RMA Request
When material from one of these groups wish to offer to deal, you need to use to follow the instructions and related forms to complete.
Below you will find instructions for returning materials to Idento Services from one of the main groups as described.
Warranty Requests
If you wish to use the warranty as defined in the general delivery and payment terms of the Hokofarm Group, please use the instruction "Warranty Request". This can be downloaded here.

Repair Request
Defective materials eligible for repair, can be offered to Idento Services. Such material should be offered together with a completed repair form. If the cost of a repair will be more than half of the new price of related product, then you will be informed. In general, the repaired goods will be delivered with respect to tje General delivery and payment terms of the Hokofarm Group.
Repairs are performed by specialists of Idento Services

RMA Request
Returns of unused materials in good condition, will only be accepted with an RMA number. This number can be obtained after submitting a completed RMA form. The conditions for eligibility to obtain an RMA number and the blank form can be downloaded here.
